HOW TO PREP
Arrive 10 Minutes Early – Say hello to your instructor, fill out the new student waiver, and take a look around the studio. It’ll help you feel right at home!
Share Any Injuries – Got a past injury or something acting up? No worries, just let your instructor know. They’ll tweak the moves for you so you stay strong (and safe).
Come Prepared – Bring water to stay hydrated, a towel if you’re the sweaty type, and your best “I’m ready to crush this” attitude!
What should I wear – comfortable clothes (no shorts)
Have fun and remember—it’s all about progress, not perfection! You got this!
